- Account names, types, subtypes and masked account numbers.
- Current and available balances and credit limits.
- Transaction history: date, amount, merchant, category and pending status.
- Recurring transaction patterns identified by Plaid.
- Account holder information where needed to confirm ownership.
2. Why we access it
To analyze transactions, identify recurring obligations, calculate spending patterns and cash flow, and provide financial insights. We use connected data only for these disclosed features.
3. What we never do
- Store your online banking username or password.
- Initiate payments, transfers or withdrawals.
- Sell your financial data.
- Use your financial data for targeted advertising.
- Make credit, lending, employment or insurance decisions.
4. About Plaid
Account connectivity is provided by Plaid. Plaid’s handling of information is governed by its own End User Privacy Policy (https://plaid.com/legal/#end-user-privacy-policy).
5. You own your data
Your financial data belongs to you. You control which accounts are connected and can disconnect any institution at any time from Accounts.
6. When you disconnect
When you remove an institution, we revoke our access with Plaid and stop retrieving new data. You can also delete previously imported data by deleting your account.
7. Data accuracy
Data comes from your institutions and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Always confirm balances and due dates with your institution.
