Your Privacy Choices

• Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Obtain a portable copy of your information.
• Opt out of sale, sharing for targeted advertising, and profiling (we do none of these).
• Limit use of sensitive personal information (we use it only to provide the Service).
• Appeal a decision we make on your request.

MonthlyIQ does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for the browser sending it.

Use our Privacy Request form, or email privacy@monthlyiq.com. Signed-in users can also update their profile, disconnect accounts, and delete their account in Settings.

To protect you, we verify requests by confirming control of the email address on your account. We will never ask you to send banking passwords or full account numbers.

You may use an authorized agent. We may require signed permission and verify your identity directly.

We aim to respond within 45 days, and may extend once by 45 days where permitted, with notice.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by selecting “Appeal a previous privacy decision” on the request form. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state attorney general.

We will not deny service, charge different prices or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your privacy rights.
